Dr. Izegaegbe Oikeh

Managing Director

Dr. Oikeh graduated from University of Nigeria, Nsukka with a bachelor’s degree in medicine and surgery. He also has a postgraduate diploma in management from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ife and another in health, safety and environmental management from the College of Medicine, University of Lagos.

He has completed the course work and is writing his thesis for the award of a master in public health degree from the University of Ibadan.

He started his health insurance career as quality assurance executive at Clearline international limited in 2002 and rose to the position of head of the department by the time he left in September 2004 to join HEIRS Medicare limited, which later became Expatcarehealth International limited.

He was the pioneer head of medical services and quality assurance department at Expatcarehealth international limited and was responsible for setting up the department which was the backbone of the company, being responsible for provider’s management, claims mgt, product development etc.

He has attended numerous courses on health insurance, managed care and health care financing and has extensive experience in managing large multinational healthcare schemes.

He took up appointment as managing director of Aster Healthcare Limited in 2010 and subsequently Greenbay Healthcare Services Limited.

Dr. Seyi Olufemi

Head of Operations

Dr. Olufemi is a graduate of the University of Ilorin medical school and has over five years experience spanning clinical practice, consulting and health insurance. He was a medical supervisor for Mount Pisgah Hospital, a HMO-aligned practice from where he moved to Critical Rescue International (CRI), a medical service and emergency care organization, as a Case manager.

In CRI he functioned in client service and business development. He joined Expatcarehealth Int’l Ltd in 2007 as the Provider Network manager coordinating the network of hospitals before assuming the responsibility of leading the client service department of the company.

He recently completed his Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), Ile-Ife. Apart from several training within and outside the healthcare industry, he is passionate about human capacity development, health, and wellness and has facilitated several workshops on the above themes. He joined Aster Healthcare Limited as the pioneering head of operations in November 2010.

Mrs. Omowunmi Ajadi

Head Finance

Omowunmi Ajadi is a certified accountant with numerous specialised experiences. She obtained a Bsc. in Accounting from University of Ado-Ekiti in 2004 and became an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) in 2009.

She was the pioneer accountant at Marden Integrated Services Limited a logistics Services Company from the year 2005 - 2011.

Also served as Head of Finance & Accounts at Integrated Savings and Loans Limited(Mortgage Bank) as well as other financial institutions before moving to Greenbay HMO in 2013.

Mr. Andrew Okoebor Momodu

Head Bus. Development & Strategy

Andrew Okoebor Momodu had his formal education in Business Administration/ Marketing at Federal Polytechnic Auchi, Edo State.

He has over 12 year’s cognate working experience in Marketing and Health Insurance Operations. He has worked with British American Tobacco and Investcorp Medicare as Trade Marketing Rep. (TMR) and head of marketing respectively.

He joined Greenbay Healthcare Services Ltd. in 2013

Dr. Chidoroeze Emelike

Head Medical Services

Dr Emelike graduated from the College of Medicine, University of Lagos with a bachelor’s degree in Medicine & Surgery. He also has a Masters’ in Public Health from the University of Glasgow, United Kingdom.

He started his health insurance career as a medical manager at Clearline International in 2004. In 2008 he left to pursue a post-graduate programme in Public Health. After completing the program and working briefly in the UK, he returned to Nigeria, to take up the position of senior medical manager at Oceanic Health.

He was also later the head of Clinical Services at Health Assurance Limited. He has attended numerous courses in health care insurance/managed care and has years of experience in several Health Management Organizations.
